Chinese food has always been one of my favorites. Luckily it happens to be a food that is in most cases naturally gluten-free. You do sometimes have to worry about wheat noodles or soy sauce, but it is one food category that is very easy to convert with some gluten-free options. That being said, stir fry is a great dinner option you can make on the week nights that is both gluten-free and easy! One of my best friends, Alexis Wafer, happens to be vegetarian and someone who looks out for gluten-free options too. This recipe is given in full credit to her with a few gluten-free adaptions made by myself. Enjoy!

I recently got the opportunity to try all 5 of Enjoy Life's new Top 8 Allergen Baking Mixes. My main goal has been to come up with some brand new recipes that are both easy and top 8 allergen free. This one happens to be just that and honestly one of the best tasting gluten-free dishes I have ever made. I'll show you how to make this Gluten Free Pizza Roll with a short cooking demo below since it's super easy and needs very few ingredients.

Before I was gluten-free, I was never really a fan of sloppy joes or sandwiches like this as a kid. I ate all the normal foods a kid would eat in elementary school, but sloppy joes just wasn't one of them. Everyone says that your appeal to taste is always changing. So I guess I'm pretty glad that my tastes have changed and that I'm a huge fan of sandwiches now, this recipe especially.

I try and eat naturally gluten-free as much as I can. But when you're a teen with a lot of things going on in your life, you get pretty busy and sometimes feel like you don't have the time to make foods from scratch. Luckily I've found 1 gluten-free recipe that is pretty easy to make plus it makes a lot of meals to last throughout the week. Some people may be a little skeptical of spaghetti squash if you haven't tried it before, but it is actually very good and healthy for you too! Rice can be a substitute if you would prefer, but give this recipe a try and use it as your meals multiple times throughout the week.

Baked Coconut Shrimp used to be one of my favorite foods even before going gluten-free. Really anything seafood relates has always been my favorite so I'm definitely glad to make a gluten-free recipe like this. Most of the recipes I share are usually dessert related even though the majority of what I eat isn't actually desserts. I eat mostly natural foods, not because I have to, but because it makes me feel best. This gluten free baked coconut shrimp recipe is super easy to make and it's one of my all time favorites too that everyone would enjoy.
Since going gluten-free, I've never really been a big fan sandwiches or bread. I'm pretty lucky to have gotten diagnosed so young which some say is a blessing in disguise. But it also means I never got to taste some of the gluten containing foods which some say is a blessing in disguise as well! Either way, this sandwich is by far the best sandwich I've ever tried, gluten-free or not. It has so much flavor and Canyon Bakehouse bread makes it taste so much better too. If you're ever looking for a fix to feel like you're eating gluten again, this is definitely the sandwich to try.
Every Thanksgiving my mom and I put together a collection of recipes to make for our family. My family is pretty small, but that doesn't mean we go small on Thanksgiving. Preparing for Thanksgiving can already be overwhelming enough. But when you have to prepare for it while being gluten-free, it can be a lot tougher. That's why I always strive to create the best tasting and easiest gluten-free recipes to make each Thanksgiving! These are my top Easy Gluten Free Recipes that you HAVE to make for this Thanksgiving. I know that everyone will love them, gluten-free or not, and you won't have to put much effort in the kitchen either.
One of the many things I like to do is come up with easy recipes for old foods I used to miss. One of those would easily be cheese stuffed crust pizza. I've always been a fan of thick crusted pizza every now and then but have unfortunately been able to come across any gluten-free ones. Since I'm a teenager, sometimes I get hungry and just decide to throw stuff together. Surprisingly enough, that's exactly what I did with this recipe too! It's extremely easy to make and all it requires is Udi's Gluten-Free Tortillas and Daiya cheese if you wish to make it dairy free. The recipe in total probably takes about 15-20 minutes to make and I'll honestly say it's one of the easiest and best things I've ever made as well.
Lately I've been trying to find quick and easy gluten-free recipes for snacks or on the go. I've always struggled to make quick gluten-free recipes since they usually take a while. This one may take a little bit of time since they go in the oven but they are extremely easy to make. Not to mention, super inexpensive too. These gluten-free snack wraps are a great idea for kids, teens, or college students if you don't have much to eat. These have been my favorite thing to eat for a while now and I'm glad to share such an easy gluten-free recipe with you.

Over my 4 years of being gluten-free I have had trouble finding a good Focaccia bread, a good flat bread, or really any type of bread along those lines. It seemed like no company has came out with any good alternative and I honestly wasn't up for spending lots of money to try and create one myself. For years I never thought I'd find one until now! Ener-G sent me some of their samples, one of them being a gluten-free focaccia bread. I was a little worried on how it would taste since I've been let down by a lot of gluten-free breads in the past. But to my surprise this focaccia crust pizza turned out amazing! It had lots of flavor and it was very easy to make! Check out the recipe below and make sure to use Ener-G Focaccia bread for it!

A lot of people seem to have trouble making easy gluten-free dinners that are long lasting and cheap. This Gluten Free Baked BBQ Chicken Potatoes recipe is very easy to make plus it lasts a long time too! You will definitely have left overs to use throughout the week. This is one of my favorite gluten-free dinners that we make since it is very easy and filling. You have the option of using cheese or not but it is up to you. The picture shown is without the potatoes but trust me, it taste much better with it.

Out of all the gluten-free dinners we make, this is by far my favorite one each time. It makes enough for about 4-5 people and is really filling as well! It's a lot healthier than most chicken fried rice because of the ingredients that are used and it is naturally gluten-free. I really enjoy this recipe a lot since you can have the option of either using shrimp or chicken breast. Both are just as good and I know you will enjoy it as much as I do every time.

If you still need some naturally gluten-free side dishes for Thanksgiving, then this one is perfect! It's fresh, filling, and most importantly healthy. All the ingredients are of course natural, gluten-free, and pretty simple to get. There is no dairy in it as well as a few other allergens like eggs. If you're worried about how much this recipe will make then you should know that it easily makes a large portion for 6-8 people depending on how much they take. If you have leftovers it can also be put in the fridge to last days. Many people also worry about quinoa cross reacting and causing a reaction. If you are worried about that just use brown rice instead. Enjoy!

Naturally gluten-free recipes is something I've always liked most. And when it comes to Thanksgiving and big family meals, you can't go wrong with a side of mashed potatoes. This is one thing at Thanksgiving that is almost always gluten-free anyways. However, mashed potatoes being dairy free as well is something that is a little harder to get. My main goal with this recipe was to make it both delicious and dairy free as well! It is already naturally gluten-free and with the ingredients used below it can be made dairy free. I have made this many times for the holidays each year and it is definitely a recipe you can never go wrong with if you are dairy free as well.

Ever since going gluten-free, having macaroni and cheese is one food I have not really been able to have! Most gluten-free macaronis were available but I wasn't able to find one that was dairy free! Some recipes I found were to difficult too make or just took too much work than I wanted to do. Luckily with this recipe it is the exact opposite. It is both gluten and dairy free and it doesn't need many ingredients! It's a great side dish for Thanksgiving or really any time or year you crave mac & cheese. I find myself craving it every once in a while and I think this recipe is perfect to fill that craving.

Potato skins were something I never really tried before I went gluten-free. I'm not sure if I was ever missing out on anything but from what I can say about these gluten-free potato skins, they were great! I adjusted this recipe to make it both gluten and dairy free which is a lot better for most people! These are very good for a side or snack. They can also be used as a main course dinner as well depending on how much you make. They are very good and one of my favorite recipes so far since it is easy too! Enjoy this gluten-free recipe!
Gluten-Free For Men is an awesome website that is..well..for men! They have information on the best gluten-free food, sauces, and of course beer. Even though I can't have beer there are still many gluten-free foods I enjoy as a guy. I used to love pizza, steak, and especially burgers of all kinds. So what does every burger or steak need? An awesome BBQ sauce to go along with it. That's exactly the BBQ sauce this is and it's natural, gluten-free, dairy free, egg free, HFCS free, and non GMO which is a big one. A lot of the BBQ sauces I've used in the past don't have the best ingredients for you. But this one has all natural ingredients and taste amazing as well. Below you will find my review of the BBQ sauce, Glutenfreeformen.com, and an awesome burger recipe you can use with the sauce as well.

This Wednesday I decided to give you a video tutorial for an easy gluten-free after work out meal that I always make! It is also natural and dairy free as well. I pretty much cover everything you need to know on how to make this quick meal in the video, but I will post the recipe and directions below if as well. Hope you enjoy it!
I’m so happy to be here writing a guest post for my friend, Taylor! Not sure if you've read the wonderful and informative post he wrote for me a little while ago, Tips for Parenting a Child with Celiac Disease from the perspective of a 15-year-old. Taylor and I met on-line shortly after we both began our blogs. I often tell him how much he helps me as well as so many other parents think about celiac disease through our children's eyes. I always love to read his posts because I feel the perspective he offers is incredible!
Lately I've been trying to create a lot more paleo and gluten-free meals that are filling and long lasting. You might be the type of person that likes a big juicy burger or you might not be. As much as I'd love to have a big burger like that, I'd much rather have a couple of these smaller burgers to control how much I should really eat. Don't worry, they still taste just as good as any other burger!
