Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup gluten free all purpose flour
- 2 very ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/3 cup cinnamon applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. GF vanilla
- 1 tbs. Cinnamon
- 1 tbs. Agave nectar (optional)
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease muffin pan or use muffin liners.
- In medium mixing bowl combine mashed bananas, egg, sugar, applesauce, vanilla, agave nectar and mix well.
- Add in oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon & nutmeg. Mix well.
- Fill 12 muffin cups with batter. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
