Healthy Top 8 Allergen Free Vanilla Almond Smoothie



This is honestly the tastiest and easiest refreshing dessert recipe I have ever had. You don't have to really cut up or buy many things since it only needs 3 ingredients. It's naturally gluten-free and dairy free which means you don't have to worry about feeling bad afterwards like you usually would with a sugary gluten-free dessert. There's no added sugar needed since the bananas are sweet enough so it is Paleo as well. If you want to change it up a little you can make it a Pina Collada by adding Rum to it as well. I'm too young obviously but if you're over 21, go for it! Hope you like this easy and Healthy Vanilla Almond Smoothie!


Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of frozen bananas
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Optional add ins:
  • 1-2 oz of rum
  • or 1 1/2 Tbs. cocoa powder with or without 2 Tbs. peanut butter

Directions:
  1. Literally just throw all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Poor and serve!

Note: Makes about 2 servings or 1 whopping serving! It's very filling by the way..
