How To Make The Best Gluten Free Grilled Cheese

This grilled cheese recipe is definitely one of the simplest gluten-free recipes I have ever made. But even if, that doesn't mean it lacks flavor! Grilled cheese is one of the things I missed most on a gluten-free diet even though it was such a simple meal. With the products I used the cheese melts great, the crust is crispy, and the middle is soft and gooey. It's actually even better than any normal grilled cheese I remember having before. It's both gluten and dairy free, so enjoy!

I used these items to make it both Gluten & Dairy Free:
Directions:
  1. Grease a small frying pan and put the stove on medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of your gluten-free bread and place that side on the pan.
  3. Next put your cheese, powdered garlic, and pepper on the piece of bread in the pan.
  4. Butter another piece of bread and put on top of the cheese, buttered side up.
  5. Flip after a minute or so to cook both sides until cheese is melted and your done!
Note: If you do not want to go out of your way to make it dairy free you can just use regular butter and cheese instead!

  2. No, I haven't! I've been trying to see which brands have the best breads and so far It's between Rudi's & Udi's so I will have to give kinnikinnick's a try! Thanks!
