5 Tips To Boost Your Digestive System



Many people with Celiac Disease experience frequent and /or on going digestive problems throughout their daily life. Obviously no one wants to really talk to people about how there digestive systems working on a day to day basis. It's just not a normal thing to talk about..at least that's what I think. Anyways, since I've always had digestive problems, I'm always researching and testing new things to help make each day a little better. Every single thing on this list is a natural way for you to help boost your digestive system and does have studies proving so. Here are some things that I've tried that have helped and could possibly help you too!

Drink 2 liters of water in the morning:
Now I know this sounds like an extremely large amount of water to drink at once. But there have been studies that show that drinking this much amount of water before you eat anything or get going, significantly improves your digestive system through out the rest of the day. If you don't think you can drink this much water at once in the morning, then at least try drinking 2 cups. Personally I already drank tons of water in the first place, but I noticed after a couple days of doing this, my digestive system was significantly improved. That being said, it is also important to constantly drink water throughout the day too.

Exercise:
Everyone knows that exercise has many benefits, from helping you feel good and concentrate better, to finding it easier to stay awake and having more energy. Another one of the many benefits of exercise is the overall improvement of digestive health. When I say exercise I'm not talking about running 5 miles or doing an extreme cardio work out. But even something as simple as walking around your neighborhood a couple times can greatly help. Exercise naturally promotes movements within your bowels in addition to improving your metabolism to help break down food quicker. I personally find exercise to be one of the easiest ways to improve digestive health.

Take fiber supplements:
There are many ways to to get fiber from the natural foods we eat each day. But sometimes we just may not be getting the right amount we need. I've tried taking multivitamins and supplements that are high in fiber and also tried eating more fiber rich foods like avocados, broccoli, almonds, etc. The average person should be getting around 25-35 grams of fiber per day, but the average person only gets about 15. Taking a fiber supplement or multivitamin will definitely improve your digestive health and should get you the required amount of fiber each day.

Chew your food more properly:
I'm sure like most people when you are eating, you aren't really thinking about how many times you are chewing your food but rather thinking about how good the food tastes. Chewing your food down, if you think about it, obviously makes it easier for your digestive system to digestive. If you aren't chewing your food all the way then your digestive system has to work harder to break down the bigger chunks rather than the already broken down food in the first place. So make sure you chew each bite thoroughly.

Try a cleanse if necessary:
Trying a cleanse may be your last resort if none of these seem to work over a period of time. But I would highly recommend a certain brand if you would want to do so. A brand called Renew Life is definitely a cleanse I have had great experience with that has shown to work. It is a natural cleanse that doesn't put your body through a painful or uncomfortable experience but slowly helps your digestive system over a weeks worth of time. Also, out of the many reviews given from people that have tried it, all reviews are with 4 stars or above. I will say this is probably the most expensive way to go, but it will definitely be effective. So if your fed up with nothing working and only want to get better, then I would definitely recommend this brand to do so.
