Gluten Free Stadiums And Ballparks List (MLB, NBA, & NFL) 2015 - 2016 Season

Like most guys, I love sports. Watching football, basketball, and baseball is something that I love to do. It's easy to watch sports from the comfort of home when you have all the gluten-free food you can eat, but going to an actual game is a completely different story. That's why I looked up every venue to see which stadiums have gluten-free options and which do not for the 2015-2016 season. I hope this helps many of you!

Note: Gluten-free options are usually in specific small stands so you may have to look around to find it. Also, all info on these gluten-free options has been taken from personal inputs of people who have visited these venues as well as info from various stadium websites.

How to find gluten-free options at a sporting event-
  1. The first thing to always do is check their website to see if they have a gluten-free stand.
    • Gluten-free stands at a lot of these stadiums are all a very new addition. Some websites didn't show they even had gluten-free options but it never hurts to check. If their website doesn't have any info on any gluten-free options, try contacting them and ask them if they have any gluten-free options available.
     2.  Ask the concession stands or people at the venue if they have gluten-free concession            stands around.
    • When I was at a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game last year, I found a gluten-free stand by accidentally walking by it. It most likely was a new addition so always try asking around and I'm sure some of the workers or people there should know about it.
     3.   Be prepared with the sporting event you are at.
    • Sometimes you may be at a sporting where they won't have special dedicated gluten-free options. So that's why you should always be prepared with a back up plan. Bring your own gluten-free snacks into the stadium just in case gluten-free options aren't available. You can never be too prepared!

If you go to or find any other venue that is not on this list that has gluten-free options leave a comment saying so. I would and I'm sure many others would appreciate it too!

  1. Very useful post! Boston Celtics for NBA also have gluten-free options. I was just at TD Garden the other night and they will tell you the gluten-free options at the guest relations office. Not a TON of choices, but anything is better than nothing :)

  3. I just attended an Indianapolis Pacers (NBA) game and they now have a gluten free stand. It included a variety of options including drinks, snacks and meal items. The person handling the items seemed to be knowledgeable about gluten when talking with me. The only issue was it was on the far side away from entrance and we just happen to see it, so I sent feedback thanking them for the option but to move it more towards entrance.

  5. I found a GF food stand at the Amway Center a couple of months ago while attending an Orlando Magic Game. Here's a link to my blog post about it:

  6. This is great!! Though I don't live there anymore, I am a lifelong Cleveland sports fan. You list includes both the Indians and the Cavs stadiums. Wondering if the Browns will follow? Celiac disease is HUGE in Cleveland...if the Browns don't have GF options now, I would think they would be coming in the next few years!!

  7. The United Center in Chicago (NBA - Bulls, NHL - Blackhawks) has a dedicated gluten free stand on the second level. They've got hot dogs, popcorn, nachos and a few other snacks, and also Redbridge beer. It's great because there's never a line :)

White Sox have gluten free options (i.e. a gf bun at some of the hot dog stands), but not a dedicated area. I believe they have gluten free beer, though.
