You've probably all tried something from Pamela's Products before. All of her products are amazing and happen to be one of my favorite gluten-free brands out there! I'm super fortunate to be able to work with such an awesome company and share recipes like these in personal recipe bundles for you to make! I'm currently selling kits which includes everything you need to make this recipe right at home. You just order it online and everything comes shipped right to your door! These Gluten Free Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Cookies are by far one of my favorites I've tried and can now be an easy recipe for you to try too.
Ingredients:
- 1 package Pamela's Products Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
- 1/4 cup milk (non-dairy optional)
- 1 large egg or egg replacer
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Grease large cookie sheet and press together large tablespoon dollops of dough, place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
- Lightly flatten with fork and bake for 16-18 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
I looked at the site to get the sample kits. But I could not find a list of ingredients in their products. I need to make sure they not only should the be gluten free but also dairy and corn. Is that something you could help me with? Thank you!
ReplyDeleteHi Lola! The Pamela's Mix contain traces traces of dairy and I personally react to them. I would recommend staying away from this kit and maybe check out the other 2 recipe bundles which are dairy and corn free!
