Giveaway For Gluten Free Mama Flours + A Recipe!

In this awesome giveaway I'll be sharing one of my all time favorite gluten-free products from one of my favorite gluten-free people. Gluten-Free Mama Flours has always been my favorite flour out of all. I first tried it a few years ago when I first started my blog and it's honestly been one of my favorite flours since! Easy Gluten Free Peach Cobbler to make with Gluten Free Mama Flours!


Ingredients:

  • 5 large peaches - peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Mama's Coconut Flour Blend 
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup cold butter (I used Earth Balance)
  • really recommend this with some vanilla ice cream as well!

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 F and grease 9" square pan.
  2. Place peaches in bottom of baking dish.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in bowl.
  4. Add cold butter to the flour mixture and mix with a pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles crumbs.
  5. Pour crumb mixture over peaches.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until top is bubbly and crisp!
