This Wednesday I decided to do my video on unneeded gluten in certain foods and products. Really it's just a good topic to say "What the heck?" to but I also give a little more info on foods you should be more aware of containing gluten.
What is the craziest food you've found gluten in that you felt was unneeded? (Dressings, products, meats, etc.)
TAYLOR, I called Kellogg's. Their blue box DOES have malt flavoring derived from BARLEY; BUT, they have a gluten free version in a YELLOW box that is gluten-free!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteChicken salad from deli's. Why does there need to be gluten in this, it should be chicken, mayo, and celery. Period.
