For this post, head on over to Dineaware.com! I was happy to share my take as a teenager about food allergy bullying as well as share a little more about myself. I think this is something that happens at any age and something that needs to be stopped. I've already discussed this topic once but I felt it was very necessary to talk about it again. You can read this full post through this link where I share my insights as a teenager who has dealt with these situations before.

This post will be short and simple since a majority of what you need to do is over at vegetarianmama.com! Cindy from Vegetarian Mama is celebrating her 5 year blogging anniversary! I'm extremely happy and excited for her and I can't wait to get my blog to that point as well. To celebrate her 5 year blogging anniversary, Cindy is doing a giveaway every day this month! I happily got to take part in this giveaway as I am giving away some of my Allergy Awareness Restaurant Cards! These cards are meant to make dining out while being gluten-free or with any allergy easier! A lot of people have had great success with them saying that they make explaining their allergies to waiters much simpler. To enter this giveaway to win some I Am...Cards, go to visit Vegetarian Mama through this link! Happy 5 year blogging anniversary to Cindy and good luck in the raffle! On December 16th I was on Kathy Nelson's Gfree and Happy Show! I've already been on the show 2 times in the past discussing my health and what gluten-free products I enjoy as a teenager. But this time I was on the show discussing something a little different I've been working on. Recently I came out with my first gluten-free holiday cook book as well as some gluten-free gift baskets for the holidays! On this show I shared all the new things I've been working on for the holidays as well as a few things I plan on sharing soon. You can watch the video above as well as learn more about the baskets I talked about through the links below!
Guest Post I did for CanIEatHere.com
For this post I was over at canieathere.com sharing my ideas and tips for parents of kids with food allergies. I mainly share some realistic ideas that any kid would enjoy from the mind of a teenager himself. Sometimes I feel like lunchbox ideas for kids that have food allergies can be extremely boring and have no variety at all. That's why I give my ideas to help you change up lunches and also make lunches easier for you as the parent.

Since school has pretty much started for all kids now, I decided to write a post for something I thought was important. As you all know I'm very passionate about advocating for gluten-free and celiac disease awareness. But another thing I am very passionate about is advocating for healthy eating among teens. A lot of kids and teens are told to eat their vegetables and a certain way from their parents. But honestly a lot of ways kids are told to eat is completely unrealistic. That's why I wrote this post to explain the importance of eating healthy and what simple things can be done to do so for kids! I share all this from my perspective as a teen and I'm really hopeful this can get through to a lot of teens and families as well.
Even though my adrenal issues are a little more extreme, Adrenal Fatigue is something that I believe many people that have Celiac Disease or are gluten-free deal with each day. It's not some crazy rare disease that you may or may not have. No, it's something that's proven to affect everybody in some points of their life, especially those with Celiac. This is a great post about how people that are gluten sensitive are more likely to have adrenal issues throughout their life. I got to share my input as well as a little bit of my story in this post on Glutenfreeschool.com.
I wanted to thank Jennifer Fugo for sharing part of my story in this post and for shedding more light on this topic. I truly believe that there are many gluten-free individuals that are suffering from adrenal fatigue symptoms each day that they can easily fix. I hope you enjoy my input in this post and I hope you learn a little more about Adrenal Fatigue as well!

On 3/18/13, I got the awesome privilege of being on Kathy Nelson's Gfree and Happy show! This was my first time going on her show and was my first time really doing anything like this before. I really looked forward to this being an opportunity for you to learn a little bit more about me and the person behind my blog. There were so many things I got to discus during the show, but why am I still writing when you can just watch it yourself!
Many of the things I have learned and expressed on my blog couldn't of been done without the support and parenting from my mom. As hard as I imagine being a parent is, having a kid with celiac I know has to be harder. For this post, I actually had the pleasure to be able to guest blog for Jackie Ourman of jackieourman.com!
