Gluten free candy is very hard to figure out. Reading labels for gluten is a hassle which is why I created this gluten-free candy list to make it easier! Every Halloween, Valentine's Day, and Easter, I update this gluten-free candy list to make sure you are all safe around the holidays. There's so many candies that can contain gluten that you would have never thought of! This list will at least let you know what you can have while being gluten-free. If you would like any brands added to this list, please comment and I will look it up for you! I hope this helps!

When's the last time you went on a picnic while gluten-free? To be honest, I don't think many people go on picnics that much anymore! It's such a nice experience to be outside with your family or a loved one, enjoying the outdoors away from your phones and the technology in the world. You truly get to enjoy the time you have with one another all while enjoying some delicious food. When it comes to gluten-free, what exactly do you pack for a picnic and how do you keep it fresh? There can be a few more difficulties when it comes to having a gluten free picnic so here's some tips from myself and Enjoy Life Foods to have a successful gluten-free picnic no matter where you are.
The following below has been updated with new information provided by Chipotle as of 5/25/17

Most of you know that many of the foods at Chipotle are gluten-free or at least safe to an extent. Cross contamination is possible at any restaurant but, for the most part, Chipotle seems to do a pretty good job. There are few foods to cross contaminate with, which is nice, but this could all change within the next year. You may have recently heard that Chipotle will be releasing new Wheat Flour Desserts (buñuelos). Why does this matter to you? Well it’s important to know now that this new item will come with a lot of cross contamination issues for those of us who are gluten-free. Unfortunately, the chips on their menu will no longer be safe for those with celiac disease as well. This will only be in select locations for now but it looks like it may roll out into every location in the near future. Read why below.

Typical doctors see hundreds of patients a month. None of them have the time to focus on your case and you alone. If you're fed up with seeing doctors only to get no where with your on going illness, it's time to turn to academic medical research centers. Doctors at research centers often focus on just your case and you alone. They often have the most up-to-date research and the best technology in the industry. Whether you need help with celiac disease, adrenal fatigue, DH, or any on-going medical problem, medical research centers may be the best to help. Surely you don't want to travel across the U.S. to see one. And I'm sure you don't want to spend hours online researching too. That's why I created this list for the best medical research centers in each state so that you can hopefully get a doctor who will listen.

Note: Each link leads to the college's medical center website. Some medical institutes may require a referral from a physician. Each site will provide a form to print out or they will give you steps on how to get referred.

Advice:
If you're at the point where doctors aren't helping you any more, I recommended finding one of these research centers to help. Some people, like myself, travel states to get seen by the best doctors. Definitely look into these colleges and take the time to travel to an center even if it isn't close. If you're tired of feeling like crap, getting a doctor who will be dedicated to your case can make a difference.

Valentine's Day is right around the corner and I'm sure you're looking for gluten-free or allergy friendly treats. Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chips are a staple in my house. Most times I'm just eating them out of the bag but they can actually be used for some great recipes as well! For Valentine's Day, I created these 5 different recipe ideas to make the eating freely a little more fun. If you're not sure on how to melt the chocolate easily, you can watch my video below on how to melt it in minutes.
Since Thanksgiving is coming up, I decided that I'd share these 14 gluten-free recipes for Thanksgiving that never get old. A few years back I posted a recipe every day for 14 days leading up to Thanksgiving. Those recipes are still around and just as good every year. I make about 5-10 of these each Christmas and Thanksgiving because they're all super easy and taste like real food you would eat during the Holidays. I know you'll like at least one of these recipes but I'm sure it's possible to like all of them too :)
Trick or Treat is right around the corner which means going out with food allergies can always make this a tough situation. You don't want your kids to not enjoy the fun experiences of dressing up, walking around to each house, grabbing as much candy as one can get. But of course, you also don't want your child to get terribly sick from the many food allergies that they may have to avoid. Us food allergy bloggers have lots of experiences in being a parent in these situations (myself excluded). Keep your children safe this Halloween but still let them have fun with these Tips on How to Trick or Treat with Food Allergies!
I'm always at a stand still when it comes to deciding what gluten-free and dairy free ice cream is my favorite. That being said, any chance I get to try some new ones is always completely fine by me :) Coconut Bliss is one of my favorite ice cream companies due to the quality gluten-free and dairy free ingredients used in every single flavor. I got lucky enough to try their 2 brand new flavors and I have to say that they are ones that you have to try this summer too.
