I'm always at a stand still when it comes to deciding what gluten-free and dairy free ice cream is my favorite. That being said, any chance I get to try some new ones is always completely fine by me :) Coconut Bliss is one of my favorite ice cream companies due to the quality gluten-free and dairy free ingredients used in every single flavor. I got lucky enough to try their 2 brand new flavors and I have to say that they are ones that you have to try this summer too.

So Summer is sadly over which means Fall is here and soon the cold will be too. I live in Florida so I don't have to worry about that but for the rest of you, I'm sure ice-cream won't sound like the most appealing food to you soon. That's why I want to share about this awesome product as quickly as possible so you can try it before it gets to cold out. NanaCreme is by far the best ice-cream I've ever tried and believe me, I've tried a lot of ice-creams in the past. Not only are their awesome flavors gluten-free, but they're vegan too! You gotta check out this awesome brand and what makes their ice-cream different from all the rest. (Hint...it's not really ice-cream at all)
As someone
with Celiac Disease, I have found that one of the toughest things for me to do
is maintain a healthy digestive system.
It seems that no matter how hard I try I somehow get “glutened” at one
time or another and then spend weeks recovering. Most of you know that this past year we
started hosting Online Gluten Free Expos which have been so much fun to develop
and build. One of the best things about
the online expos have been all the great products we have learned about while
researching companies to fill our booth spaces.
Gluten Intolerance Essentials ended up being one of those great finds
that I just had to write about and share on my blog outside of the expos
because of how much it has helped me and my family.
As a teenager, I really don't use many cookbooks to make the foods I'm craving. Usually I just go online and search for what I need. But I'm always open to trying new recipes, especially if they're easy! I got the opportunity to receive this awesome cookbook from Chandice Probst of Gluten-Free Frenzy called, Gluten Free on a Budget. Not only was I surprised to find so many recipes I'd enjoy, but also to learn that these recipes are cheap and affordable too. I'm extremely happy to share my favorite things about this amazing cookbook, as a teenager, as well as give away a free copy too!

Christmas is always my favorite time of year! Being able to give gifts, putting up the Christmas tree, making all the Christmas themed foods. But one thing I've never done before is make a gingerbread house! Since going gluten-free, I thought I would never be able to make a gingerbread house again. That's why I was very excited to come across gfJules flours and to see she had a gluten-free gingerbread mix available! Keep in mind that this was my first gingerbread house ever so I'm not to proud of my work. Lol, the actual gingerbread tasted great though and I would really recommend it to anyone looking to make a gingerbread house this Christmas. Check out my full review and giveaway below!
Ever since I was a kid in elementary school, we always had foods like PB & J's, corn dogs, mac and cheese, you know...all the typical elementary school food. Of course, this was all before I was gluten-free so I couldn't imagine what it would of been like now. I know all these foods generally aren't healthy but I couldn't help but miss some macaroni and cheese and maybe some corn dogs every once in a while too. So when I got this product brought to me by Foster Farms, I immediately jumped on it! From my experience of tasting many gluten-free foods, this was by far one of the best I've had. I literally had no idea I was eating a gluten-free food and I felt like I was brought back to the elementary school days. I'm happy to share these gluten-free corn dogs with you from Foster Farms and I definitely recommend you try them soon!
As a teenager, I usually don't spend much time cooking. Don't get me wrong, cooking and baking is one of my favorite things to do when I have the time for it. But the thing is I usually don't have time for it at all! A majority of my recipes I post are so quick and easy that even a teen can do it. So when it comes to making recipes from a gluten-free cookbook, I generally tend to stay away. That was until I received this Delight Gluten Free Cookbook from Delight Magazine! I was surprised to see that a lot of the recipes didn't need many ingredients and were actually pretty simple to make! I decided to make the recipe that's right on the cover because who wouldn't after seeing that? I definitely was not disappointed at all and I believe a lot of the recipes in here are ones you have to try for yourself too. Check out my review below to see what I made and make sure to enter my giveaway as well for a chance to get a copy of your own!
For the GlutenAway Virtual Expo back in July, we had a lot of great companies involved. If you attended I'm sure you got to see tons of great companies involved and learn about a lot of new gluten-free products. One of my favorite products from this expo that I discovered happened to be Wholesome Chow Mixes. All mixes are gluten-free and free of the Top 8 Allergens! Not only are they free of those allergens but they also make amazing breads and cakes like no other. One of the things I got to make with the mixes was this recipe for a Gluten-free Pumpkin Pineapple Carrot Breakfast Loaf. It's amazing and super soft to make fore breakfast. Not to mention, it's pretty easy to make too which is something I always try to share on my blog. Make sure to check out Wholesome Chow Mixes and to try out this recipe too!
Since school is already underway for most of you and your kids, school parties usually become an issue for those who are gluten-free. I personally never had to deal with being gluten-free during school parties because I was undiagnosed at the time, but I understand it is a very difficult situation that can make kids with food allergies feel left out. I wanted to find an easy and delicious gluten-free product that can be brought to these school parties to help your child feel apart of the group! After a bunch of research and a little help from the GlutenAway Expo, I discovered Wicked Good Cupcakes as a great option for bringing your own gluten-free treat to a school party. This is my review of their product to help show that this can be a great alternative to make your child feel included at one of these parties or any special occasion.
I've reviewed Nutra Summa in the past and tried their many of their supplements for the first time. As a teenager I usually wouldn't be taking supplements. Most teenagers are probably fine without them and have tons of energy! But unlike most teenagers I have celiac disease, POTS, and a rare adrenal disorder that makes feeling normal a lot harder. I still have stomach issues, energy issues, and many others I could get help with. I know most of you have some of these problems too which is why i'm glad to share all of these gluten-free supplements to help! Enter my awesome giveaway and you could win some supplements for you or your kid!
Before I went dairy free I enjoyed a lot more gluten-free products. One of those fortunately got to be these SoyJoy bars which are naturally gluten-free! These bars were always my favorite and there were only a few flavors back then. But now there are 7 flavors for you to try and enjoy if you are just gluten-free! I'm not gunna lie...I've missed these a lot since I had to go dairy free. That shouldn't stop me from allowing some of you to try them though! Enter to win this giveaway for 6 boxes of SoyJoys which 3 people will win!
Recently I just went mostly egg free because I learned realized I was starting to get a reaction to it. Since then I thought it would be very hard for me to enjoy cookies, brownies, or really any type of gluten-free baked good. But that was before I tried Living Now Food's Gluten-Free brownies, cookies, and banana bread. All mixes from Living Now Foods can be made egg free and are extremely easy to make. They are free of many allergens and I'll be giving away tons of mixes to 2 of you!
As a teenager I've tried pretty much all the main gluten-free products. I'm sure most of you have tried Rudi's but I personally have never reviewed them on my blog. At the Gluten-Free Living Conference in April I got the opportunity to see a lot of the new Rudi's products coming out! I originally tried Rudi's years ago and haven't tried it for a while. But since trying their new products lately I have really enjoyed them. In this post I'll be reviewing my favorite Rudi's products as well as doing a giveaway for any 3 Rudi's products of your choice.
On my blog I like to share products I would only use myself. Although I'm not a kid anymore, I know a lot of you are parents of kids that have some type of food allergy. It can be pretty hard for kids to get the nutrition they need if they are cutting out lots of food groups, especially gluten and grains! That's why I wanted to share with you a great product that is an awesome way for your kids to get the nutrition they need. KidzShake is a product that I recently found that has 4 flavors plus it's free of most allergens. I've tried it and loved it and I'm sure your kids will love them too. Check out my review as a teenager as well as this giveaway where 3 of you will win as well!
It's not often where you will find me in the kitchen making gluten-free cookies or coming up with recipes. Even though I need to incorporate recipes in my blog, I've found myself doing it less and less. Part of the reason is because I've decided to eat almost all natural now. I don't make many desserts or sweets as much which pretty much means I have less desserts to share with you! That's why I was super excited to get this cookbook and share all these recipes for you to win. I'll share with you my top 5 favorite recipes from this cookbook as well as a giveaway for how you can win 1! Good luck!
For my first giveaway of Celiac Awareness Month, I'm kicking it off with a giant giveaway from Ener-G! They have tons of great gluten-free products I have never tried before that you have to get your hands on. It includes gluten-free pretzels, pizza crusts, cookies, and much more! I'll share my favorite things I liked about these products as a teen as well as what you can win. Make sure you share this giveaway and enter cause it's a good one!
I'm always up for trying new gluten-free products and treats. When I went to the Gluten-Free Living Conference a few weeks back this was one of the products I found! I met the owner at the Nostalgic Cookies booth, Yossi, and learned all about the great cookies. They are made in a gluten-free dairy free facility plus they are Non-GMO as well! Check out my review of the cookies I tried as well as a giveaway for 3 boxes of these Nostalgic Cookies!
