This is something I'm definitely not going to take credit for but will say I'm lucky to have around to eat. My mom is actually the one who came up with this recipe, but who says that's stopping me from sharing it with you. I love chips and dips for just having a quick snack, and I love lettuce wraps for just....well I just love lettuce wraps. Haha, so what if I told you you could have the best of both worlds all in one recipe? Well now you can!

You're probably thinking that a chocolate bar that's Paleo and gluten-free isn't going to taste that good. I'm also guessing that if I added that these bars are considerably healthy too that it would make you doubt it even more! Well I was a little skeptical too when I first found this recipe, but I had all the ingredients so I thought, "what's there to lose?"
I've always been worried about other grains and flours while being on a gluten-free diet and have been looking for an easy, flour-less, dairy free dessert for a while. When I came across this recipe and decided to alter some ingredients to my liking, I was a little worried about how it would turn out. But as you can see, the end result is far more than what I expected! Trust me..it tastes much better that it looks and it looks pretty darn good already!
I've always been an oatmeal raisin cookie type of guy rather than cookies with all the chocolate. With a combination of pumpkin and oatmeal cookies, this was the perfect recipe for me. The directions are simple enough that practically anyone can do it! They are gluten and can easily be made dairy free with the special butter. This is by far one of my favorite cookie recipes and is perfect for around Halloween too. Hope you like them!
Usually when the word fry is involved you automatically associate it with being unhealthy. But with sweet potato fries that is the exact opposite! Sweet potatoes are high in vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin D, Iron, magnesium, potassium, and natural sugars that are great for your blood. Good luck finding those in your typical fry. This is by far my favorite snack and something I would choose over any greasy fast food fry any day!
