Ingredients:
- Any Gluten-free tortilla you prefer (I use Food for Life Brown Rice Tortilla)
- Bell Peppers (Red, yellow, orange, green)
- Onions
- Mushroom (optional)
- Marinated chicken or (Perdue Grilled Chicken)
- Shredded cheese (Daiya Cheese is Dairy free)
- Cilantro
- Ground pepper
- Powdered garlic
- Guacamole
- Any type of salsa (I recommend Newman's Own Black Bean & Corn Salsa)
- Get a frying pan and put the stove on low.
- Dice up peppers, onions, & mushrooms, Cut up chicken
- Take diced veggies & chicken, put in frying pan. Add ground pepper, powdered garlic, & season as much as needed. Add cilantro & shredded cheese
- Let melt & stir for 8 minutes
- Spread on wrap & fold. Done!
