Before I went dairy free I enjoyed a lot more gluten-free products. One of those fortunately got to be these SoyJoy bars which are naturally gluten-free! These bars were always my favorite and there were only a few flavors back then. But now there are 7 flavors for you to try and enjoy if you are just gluten-free! I'm not gunna lie...I've missed these a lot since I had to go dairy free. That shouldn't stop me from allowing some of you to try them though! As a teenager I've tried pretty much all the main gluten-free products. I'm sure most of you have tried Rudi's but I personally have never reviewed them on my blog. At the Gluten-Free Living Conference in April I got the opportunity to see a lot of the new Rudi's products coming out! I originally tried Rudi's years ago and haven't tried it for a while. But since trying their new products lately I have really enjoyed them. In this post I'll be reviewing my favorite Rudi's products as well as doing a giveaway for any 3 Rudi's products of your choice.
On my blog I like to share products I would only use myself. Although I'm not a kid anymore, I know a lot of you are parents of kids that have some type of food allergy. It can be pretty hard for kids to get the nutrition they need if they are cutting out lots of food groups, especially gluten and grains! That's why I wanted to share with you a great product that is an awesome way for your kids to get the nutrition they need. It's not often where you will find me in the kitchen making gluten-free cookies or coming up with recipes. Even though I need to incorporate recipes in my blog, I've found myself doing it less and less. Part of the reason is because I've decided to eat almost all natural now. I don't make many desserts or sweets as much which pretty much means I have less desserts to share with you! That's why I was super excited to get this cookbook and share all these recipes for you to win. It's hard for me to believe but I've finally reached my one year mark for blogging. I started my blog one year ago at age 15 really as just a way to help families, kids, and teens all around the U.S. on a gluten-free diet. I didn't at all think my blog would get to the point it is now and I honestly couldn't have done it with the help from all of you. Connecting with people and hearing your stories is what makes me enjoy what I write about so much because I know I am possibly making a difference in someone's life. I'm very grateful for everything that has happened with my blog so far and I can't even imagine what my blog will be like in the next year.
