Gluten free candy is very hard to figure out. Reading labels for gluten is a hassle which is why I created this gluten-free candy list to make it easier! Every Halloween, Valentine's Day, and Easter, I update this gluten-free candy list to make sure you are all safe around the holidays. There's so many candies that can contain gluten that you would have never thought of! This list will at least let you know what you can have while being gluten-free. Not to long ago I posted a question on my Facebook Page which happened to get a lot of feedback. The question was, "What's the most annoying product you've found gluten in?" Really I was expecting a lot of different responses like, Twizzlers, tooth paste, dressing, and much more. But it led me to think there really are so many crazy things that do have gluten hidden in them that people may be unaware of! That's why I created this list of the top products with hidden gluten to make people more aware of the food they are eating!

There's been a lot of talk and a lot of terrible stories lately about medication and getting glutened. From someone that takes many different types of medicine multiple times throughout my day, this immediately caught my attention. I ended up finding out that gluten is very well capable of being in medicine and found out that in some medications, there actually is gluten added to it. I know this is something very serious that many people may not have really thought about before. I for one have really never considered it until recently, and it's terrifying to think that the very thing that's meant to be keeping me alive and well, could actually be making me very sick. I wanted to hopefully share my thoughts on this topic but also provide a list of the medications that are gluten-free to keep you safe. Hopefully this can be of help to you!

Shopping for gluten free items at the grocery store can be one of the toughest parts of having a gluten allergy. Searching through all the products on the shelves and trying to decipher what is gluten free and what is not can be tough and very time consuming.

Here is a list of gluten free chips and snacks that can be found in your local grocers chips & snacks aisle. Items have been pulled directly off the manufacturers website and have been labeled by the manufacturer as gluten free.

Below you will find a list of almond, coconut, and soy ice cream from So Delicious. Since my other gluten free ice cream post was so popular I decided to make a list for the gluten-free and dairy free ice cream flavors from So Delicious. So Delicious, is one of my favorite brands of ice cream, nearly all their products are gluten-free and I never have to worry about getting a reaction. Their select products of frozen desserts all listed below are all kosher parve, organic, vegan, non GMO, gluten-free, and dairy free. I really recommend this brand and so does Drew Brees and his wife!
