This weekend I'll be stopping by the Food Allergy and Celiac Convention in Orlando, Florida. I actually just found out that this expo was going on and decided that it would be a good opportunity to meet some of you and connect with some more companies as well! With my own expo coming up in 2 weeks, I'm very busy with preparation and don't have much time to spare. None the less, I plan on attending this convention as well as sharing some of the awesome new gluten-free products I come across. If you'll be there, comment below and let me know!
